Recognising that your best customer is an existing customer, we utilise a comprehensive customer contact and diary management system that provides quality leads to your sales force -- whether it be from bancassurance customers, orphaned policyholder groups, maturing customers (e.g. endowment or term insurance customers) or agent/broker customers.

Appointments are ‘sold, booked and managed’ entirely by ReMark. The intermediary is directed to the designated time and meeting place to properly conduct a review of the customer’s existing policies. This provides the intermediary an opportunity to convert, upgrade cover or sell a new policy.
